Don't know why driver parked four houses away and didn't notify me he arrived. If he can't text he should ask the office to do it, to avoid frantic phone calls and standing on the sidewalk waving my arms around. Other than that ride was smooth.

Booking was made for 5pm, driver arrived at 5:15, didn’t leave until 5:20pm. As a driver there is no excuse for being late picking up customer.
